The role of Care Provider with Flexi Care is one that provides real job satisfaction in a work environment where your contribution will be truly appreciated.

We have Care Provider positions for people with qualifications and/or significant experience. We will almost certainly have work available in the hours that will suit your personal circumstances. We also have Domestic Assistant roles for people without experience or qualifications but who are willing to learn through our targeted in-house training.

You'll need to be person who is kind and has an empathetic disposition, who is reliable and honest, and who has a genuine interest in working with older people.

On the practical side you will also need:

To live in or be within travelling distance of Brisbane's southern suburbs or Redlands (which is where we operate)
Access to a reliable vehicle
A current drivers' licence
A clear police check not more than three years old or a willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
The right to work legally in Australia.
